Identify which terms are incorrect and replace them with the correct precise language. Quinn is a 75-year-old who was referred by a primary care provider to a gastro- enterologist for further treatment and management of pneumonia. The symptoms started during the flu season with a common cold that later developed into a pro- ductive cough with greenish sputum, rapid shallow breathing, dysphagia, fever, chills, chest pain, and malaise. The physician explained that the disease process of pneumonia is due to epistaxis. A blood test and chest x-rays were taken to achieve a diagnosis. Quinn remembered that a friend, who had taken an anat- omy class, explained that the lungs are lateral to the heart. To treat the pneumo- nia, Quinn was prescribed an antihistamine inhibitor and was advised to take lots of fluid, eat a nutritious diet, and rest.
